9,700 participants STRONG in 2019 and one of the largest youth-centered competitive 5K races in the nation.

The Run/Walk takes place each May and is a morning of family and community fun that many look forward to each year.

Schools, teams and organizations that attend in groups can receive grant funding for their participation. In 2019, a total of $86,790 was given back to 121 schools, teams and organizations as grant funding for their participation in the Run/Walk to help sustain their many programs.
